Jcon Limited provides innovative design solutions for air conditioning systems specific to cleanrooms.

Our service offers assistance primarily for cleanroom design and build companies who wish to subcontract the air conditioning design element of their projects to a professional cleanroom air conditioning design company to solve their clients’ problems.

Director and owner, Jan Pyrgies, has over 35 years’ experience in design, installation and development of cleanroom air conditioning systems with contract values up to £1 million. We are experienced in providing specialist designs for high tech facilities encompassing R&D, electronics, pharmaceutical, electro optics, medical, food industries as well as universities.

Solving our clients’ problems with uniquely designed, very close control rooms for specialist silicon wafer production at less than +/-0.05°C temperature specification and less than 1% relative humidity for battery research is one of many examples of our expertise. After researching the industry for a solution, finding nothing available off the shelf, we created our own set-up.

We offer a high quality and professional service dedicated to matching our clients’ exact needs and requirements. We will highlight the most cost-effective and energy-efficient installation solutions as well as meeting tight timescales.

We offer advice on design options to suit our clients’ needs.
